My purpose in creating this site almost 7 years ago was to "attack" and take down anyone in my way. To blame, name names, and to somehow manipulate the system. I can not say that since the birth of Jerrisvoice.5u.com, it did not reflect on the decisions that came about. My story is not as horrific as some of the stories I have heard from people personally and throughout my research, but still if you truley are not a child abuser, and dont neglect your children or any of the allegations you are accused of, then you need to educate yourself. There is so much information and sites like this one out there. I did not go a single day not reading up on laws, previous cases, legal sites, old newspapers any and everything that might have got me my kids back. The more I dug the more enraged I became. The actual Judge in my county for DFCS, had documented information regarding corruption and an investigation into removing children from homes just for the money.  So I started my VOICE, and never stopped.

It started a whole new reason for me to go back to school and finally find my reason for becoming a better person, a parent and mostly paving a path for my calling. To become a Child Advocate.

It is a true 'grey area' going on in the Juvenile Branch. Until enough victims stand together and voice our 1st Amendment Right, the Government, the media, the legislature is not going to make a public riot out of it.

So in a whole new perspective on this epedimic I am changing my theme. Instead of attacking the attackers. I will raise awareness to our government officials and educate the victims. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of professional caring CPS agents that actually investigate and correctly use their job. But then there are all those other ones...The corruption, fabrication, lies, money hungry Judges, over worked case managers, caseload overload and just plain "ignorance".

This site will continue to exsist and be updated as my goal to change the current child reform laws and standards that currently are in place. I like many others have been used by the system. Yes I am at fault by my own personal bad judgement calls but I never once abused or neglected my children. That burden was placed by the DFCS workers. I will never forgive that county nor the elected officials who played a toll in this incident. Especially the court appointed attorneys. Even the ones that were given retainers to represent us who never even filed the first document in court. Refuse to return calls. Douglas County, Ga is the worst county, that is one of the factors in why they lost their funding.....The dept. did admit fault and apologize, behind closed doors. After going through at least 8 case workers, Tracy could not find any reason for the removal of my children. Yet when I asked if she would testify to her findings on my behalf, she regretfully was bound by the county.They are under a legal umbrella. So what do I owe them for there generousity? Making the public aware of the fact!!!! By following my mission to make our children's world a little bit safer.

And to prevent this horror movie from happening to as many families as I can. Even in foster care they are not safe!!

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments. Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache. Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane. Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds. CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them. Family rights are God-given rights. They should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear. It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

It is my prayer and hope that someday our society, social services and the court system may actually work and function to protect our most precious resource, the children. The child welfare system currently protects the accuser, the prosecutor, with immunities and protection from disclosure as well as confidentiality laws that are abused. The system also currently protects the social worker and court appointed expert/therapist/evaluator from their own negligence with immunities. The child welfare system and laws affecting children gives the judge discretion and immunity from negligent decisions based on convenience, for the court and not in the best interests of children.When the current child protection laws are "corrected," to not only protect children from actual abuse situations, but to also protect children from negligent and incompetent social workers, psychologists, judges, and prosecutors, as well as many of the court appointed attorneys involved then we will have effective and just child protection laws.Any law that can effectively protect children must also thoroughly acknowledge system abuse, incompetence, agency error and negligence in order to protect children. If the government cannot, or will not, protect children from its own negligence and incompetence, then many of these children will not be protected and when these situations happen while the government intervenes in these cases the government and its many taxpayer funded agencies then becomes responsible for promoting, if not allowing, child abuse. These children suffer the injustice and indifference promoted by those presumed to protect the best interests and the rights of children who also happen to profit from the current laws, procedures, and public policies.I also want to add that this web site is primarily for research purposes and hopefully the visitor to this web site understands that I have done my best to make quality information available.I hope that all who visit here find the answers they are looking for and that this web site is a valuable resource. Call Your Congressman

In addition, now is a great time to call your congressman and urge him once again to support H.J.Res. 42, the Parental Rights Amendment. It is the only permanent solution to the threat to families posed by the CRC. Visit www.ParentalRights.org/States and click on your state. If your congressman is not a cosponsor (designated with an *), click on his name for contact information and give him a call. Tell him you support parental rights and want to see them permanently protected in the text of the Constitution. Tell him party affiliation is no excuse – the Louisiana Senate recently passed a resolution calling for the amendment, and the 34-0 vote included 17 Democrats, 16 Republicans and 1 Independent.

Tell them you will be looking for a courageous leader on family issues this November, and ask them to support H.J. Res. 42.
